There is a Hawk migration taking place this week in central south dakota.
Today near the junction of Highway 37 and Highway 34 there were hundreds of Hawks riding the wind currents.
Yesterday they were about 5 mile north of Mitchell.
Not sure of the type of Hawk.
I wonder what they all eat when they are in such large groups?
