I was approached yesterday by a gentleman with a large website who wanted to buy a life time link on the SDF home page. Lol, at the price he was willing to pay I quickly sold it to him. Waiting for the money to clear paypal but simple to take the link on the fishing front page, down.
I know some of you have websites and I know a lot of people have no idea what domains or links are worth? Interestingly enough with the traffic and the age of this domain it's worth somewhere around 10K and I'd sell for that price, quick.

However that's not what this post is about. I had never thought about granting life time links before but after thinking about it overnight I decided the guy who wanted it had a dman good idea. You see, the age of the link is also semi important to google so it makes great sense SE wise. It also makes great sense for the guy because SDF is an old domain with good trust at google.
Anyway, yeah, I know, windy old fart, if any of you guys are interested in a lifetime of the site link for 100 bucks let me know. Any page on this site except the front page at SDF. It will help your site ranking and help with SE so for that you should make more than enough for it to be one of your better purchases for your website.
