Went to Poinsette on Sat.  Water was incredibly clear.  Fished 15fow and could see to the bottom.  No bites.  Moved to about 7fow in the weeds.  Still no bites.  Fished east 81 on the way back to Madison.  No takers there either.

I fished poinsett last week and marked a few fish and caught 1 little walleye. Missed a couple bites but all bites were extremely light. We fished kinda north north east side of the lake.

Tried Poinsett on Friday, didn't have any luck, talked to a number of others who didn't have much luck.  A few small walleyes, a couple of pike, and one catfish.  But nothing too much to speak of.  We went to Dry lake for the weekend and did great there.  Some buddies tried Poinsett again on Saturday and weren't doing anything, they come over to Dry and fished with us.
