We go thru the doldrums every year. Things get boring. I'd have to say I'm guilty of posting provacitive things when I get bored too. At least when the ice finally melts and the open water fishing starts it will get back to normal.

Hey, ya forgot the hook. If it wasn't for the damn hook I'd have two eyes. ;)

Now, on the lawyer issue from the first post... Nobody innocent should have to spend 26 years in the pokey because two attys. want to hide behind a code of ethics!  :(

Ethics would of been better served if they came forward and told the truth regardless of the consequences! jmo

That often, eh? ROTF

As for the lawyer I don't really want to go there.  They did the legal thing and they have to to have any credibility or everyone would lie to their lawyer. Our legal system is full of catch 22s but for most of them there is a damn good reason. Your priest/minister/reverand and your lawyer are two people you can tell anything to and they can't be forced to reveal it, nor can they voluteer the information without violating the ethical code.

As for me, I'd have found a way to let someone know but I'm not so sure I'd have done anything I could have gotten disbarred for so it might have taken me a year or two. Lol, said that wrong. I'd have probably done a lot I could get disbarred for, it just wouldn't be traceable back to me.

the word lawyer and ethics should never be used in the same sentence under any circumstances.
