Well, it was fun having this site and forum but alas, all good things come to an end.

I've sold this site and also southdakotalakes.com to the same group that bought southdakotahunting.com. They did a great job making it a much nicer site and I expect they'll do the same with this one.

I'll still be around to help them with things and I'll still be moderating posts etc. until they get everything to their satisfaction. How long that will be I have no clue.

Anyway, y'all have been a great group of guys and it's been fun working with you and seeing your posts, etc.

Have a great Christmas and New Year and catch lots of fish.

Thanks TLA for a great job building this site into a place where lovers of fishing can come together to discuss the sport.

As the new owner of the domain, we want everyone to know that the site will remain dedicated to the same concept - discussions about the sport of fishing - but we hope to add a great deal of information, interaction and capability (as we did with the http://www.SouthDakotaHunting.com website.

We know that a great many of you are not only experienced users of this website, but LIVE for the sport of fishing.  To that end, we hope that we can call upon you to not only remain as faithful users, moderators and fans of this site, but also help contribute going forward.

As we prepare for the next evolution of the site, we will be performing some maintenance on the existing site and at some point in the near future will create a forum dedicated to the collection of ideas for what YOU would like to see the new site hold.

We look forward to learning about you, your experience and your love of fishing!

ROTF, I ain't gone yet so it can still happen.

I may have to put up another board after this one is gone just so you can signup and I can boot ya off. Wouldn't want ya to be disappointed.

Seriously tho, I've had a lot of laughs on here and lots of good arguements I enjoyed. Plus we've all helped some people so that's a good thing. Catch lots of big ones and have lots of fun and don't get banned anywhere else.
