Had a good night on thompson tonight. Couldnt find the crappies but did get into some real nice smallies and walleyes. the biggest smallmouth was 4.8 pounds and the biggest walleye was 26 and right around 5 pounds. Came home with 8 good eater eyes in the 16 to 18 inch range. All our fish were caught in 3 to 5 feet of water.

Fished Thompson Tuesday and Wednesday. Caught a handful of eyes and one decent smallie. It was tough going on Wednesday with the wind. Big, big waves. All of fish were 3 to 5 fow as well. Saw a guy catch a 7# eye. Nice fish.

Were you toward the South end of the lake?

SE side, by the silo. The big hawg was caught in "deep" water from what I understand.
