It was slow on both lakes Sat and Sun. A few perch and walleye. Weighed in one 6.34oz walleye and one 9.50. The people that did the best were using lead core and plugs, west end.
Seems to be a large insect hatch that are attracting them, or distracting them.
2 guys staying at the motel have been driving to Waubay every morning. Both days they came back with their limit of nice perch. Then went to Thompson and got a few eyes.
