Hi my name is Phil and I've been a fishing addict for 20+ years now...dang that peer preasure. I've been hooked on fishing since I was in grade school and my dad took me out to Lake Campbell by Brookings. Just 1 more fish dad was always my line when he said it was time to go. Fished local ponds and a lil at Lake Shetak during my high school years in SW MN. I hit up the 81 ponds and Campbell during collage. Now days my 2 brothers from another mother have kept my fishing addiction going. Lake Thompsen is our destination more often then not, we usually stop by the Bait Box and/or Northshore and catch some good conversation even when the fishing is slow. My mom and step dad recently moved up to Miltona MN just north of Alexandria MN, so I'll prolly be testing the waters up there a few times a year. Went up there this last weekend and fished Lake Miltona and we hammered the perch...to bad most of them were 3-4 inches but it was still a blast. I'll probably give muskie fishing a try some time this summer in MN since my brother in law and his family fish almost exclusively for muskie. As far as the posting name Sideshow...if you watch the Simpson's and know who Sideshow Bob is...well you'll know me if you see me on the lake by my hair. Thanks T-Bone and all for the great site and a spot to share info, tips, opinions, suggestions, and questions.
