Unfortunaely there is no way to keep a determined spammer out. All you can do is make it harder for them. Problem is you never know who's a spammer until they spam. Some countries are worse than others and a lot of places that accept credit cards just ban whole countries due to fraud. I'll have to look into that a little more.
