Fish
« on: December 18, 2006, 10:12:32 AM »
Whitewood was fair to poor over the weekend. One day NE was better, the next south in the slough.
Thompson was pretty decent. Some very nice walleye, weighed one 7.55. They also picked up some perch.
Other guys caught some crappies.
North end between the state park and the east ramp.
WEST Oakwood has been very good for walleye early in the am. They are fishing by the swimming beach. I don't know which side that is.
Have fun!

I was between North end between the state park and the east ramp. Cought a 2lb northern and that was it. I was fishing in about 12 ft of water. Had some buddies farther down in about 16 ft of water and they did no good. Was there from 3:00 AM Saterday morning until about 12:00 noon. Packed up and was driving home through Old Ham and stopped at the bait shop, The guy said Brush lake was doing decent but a possibilty it could be fished out. Drove by and talked to 6 guys and they all said none of them had cought much, one guy did say he saw 3 perch in the camera but they wern't hungery. Looking to go Saterday ningt into Sunday, let me know a good place to go to catch some fish ;D!! Thanks
