im looking for someplace close to huron to fish has anybody have a report on cavour lake or lake byron? feel free to pm me if you like!!!

I haven't heard of anyone fishing on either one, yet this year. Typically, Byron is not too bad for ice fishing. Usually, not as good in the summer. Good luck.

Was on Byron tonight. Couldn't keep them off - the yellow bellied bullheads. Real rare for them to bite this hard through the ice - they were really hammering the wind jiggers. They run off 15' of line faster than a snake. On minnows.
