Contact methods for Fishing HousesI would like full name, address, and home and cell# of the ice fishing house renter. Upon contacting potential renter, more information will be asked of them like how much experience pulling trailers or backing up trailers, how many people, what I expect of them as ice fishing house renters, care of the fish house, return of fish house, picking up of fish house or where it's located for pickup, dropping off fish house and self provided insurance. There will be per-day charge. Fish house renter will be responsible for bringing their vehicle insurance information and signing a contract which states their insurance will cover the vehicle and the fish house while they are towing it. Fishing shack pickup and drop off can be discussed then and arrangements made that are satisfactory to both people. The trailers have a 2 inch Ball and a 4-flat plug-in. 2" ball. 4-flat plug-in. Two small shacks. two beds apiece. battery hook-up fo lights. renter supplies their own heater,lantern,propane and battery. $50.00 set-up fee includes drilling holes and setting down. Shacks may already be on lake but not always. renters may need to pick shack up at baitbox and return them do to weather conditions. If people don't have means to pull shack but want to drill their own holes, shack can be pulled out for small fee or moved for small fee if already out there. The one shack is the white one from last year I'm still getting ready and the other is a t-shack I bought for myself when rentals are full, but I'll rent that one too. shack rental goes for a 24 hour period but not like 12 midnight to 12 midnight. more like morning to morning or evening to evening. I would like them to go from noon to noon but doe'nt always work out that way.
