I would really like to try some largemouth fishing this year as I've never done it before.  Are there any other bass fisherman on here that would recommend some lakes that may contain enough to lend me a chance at catching some?! Looking at the east side of the state and would probably be fishing from shore as my dad is mainly a walleye fisherman and won't take his boat after some bass.

Good early morning and evening bite and lots of vehicles on the ice.  Lots of snow and if not careful, you get stuck really easy.  Would not consider anything else than a 4X4 as we were going through drifts that were up to the axle...
